Delete your account and data

You can delete your Neomind account and its associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

• In the app (fastest): open Neomind, go to the Account tab, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your data is deleted immediately.
• By email: write to neomind.help@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity first, and we respond within the statutory time limits (generally within one month).

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app, you can delete individual items at any time, such as your own affirmations, sets, visualizations, and uploaded images. To request removal of specific personal data, email neomind.help@gmail.com and tell us what you'd like removed; we respond within the statutory time limits (generally within one month).

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your associated personal data and all of your user-generated content. This includes your custom affirmations and visualizations, your categories and sets, uploaded images, recorded audio, generated narration audio, and your AI profile and settings.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain certain data only where we are legally required or permitted to, for example to comply with statutory retention obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are removed in the ordinary course of our backup rotation cycles. Once the purpose of processing ceases and no legal retention obligation applies, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel the subscription separately in that store to avoid future charges.
